Aftermarket Sales Representative

Job Duties

This business-to-business sales position is responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts sales. Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory. Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business. Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.

Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations. Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports, and customer correspondence. Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction. Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information. Discuss sales activities with management.

Minimum Qualifications

Less than 2 years related experience. High School diploma or equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience a plus. Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities. Possess several years of successful sales experience; B2B experience; problem solving capabilities; strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and self-motivation;

and the ability to work in a team environment.

Work Authorization

Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This position will not provide sponsorship. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

Crown offers an excellent wage and benefits package for full-time employees. Competitive wages with an anticipated starting pay range of $800–1,000 per week plus commission, with skills and related experience taken into consideration. Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts; 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:
Crown matches 100% of the first 4% of your eligible pay you contribute to the plan, with 100% vesting of company matching contributions. Company paid Life and Disability benefits, optional supplemental term life insurance, paid parental leave, nine paid holidays, paid vacation accrued at a rate based on length of service and position, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year.
