Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, luxury-level dealership experience
  • Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process
  • Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits with confidence
  • Build strong relationships and maintain follow-up with customers
  • Guide customers through financing and sales application processes
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and Lexus product offerings
  • Ensure showroom and lot vehicles are properly displayed and merchandised
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
  • Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
