Support and promote Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals. Ensure the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Fulfill Member Fy/Fayqu or Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.

Perform all work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers. Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Comply with company policies and demonstrate integrity and ethics in all business processes.

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on membership benefits and promoting product value.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains facility safety by conducting sweeps and following safety protocols.
• Fulfills Member Fy/Fayqu or Click n Pull orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manages work assignments using company policies, data, and resources.
• Communicates progress and recommendations for improvements.
• Provides exemplary Member service and resolves Member concerns.
• Complies with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use company equipment.
• Knowledge of membership processes and product promotion.
