Cannabis Outside Sales Representative – Southern Illinois

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative role based in the Southern Illinois Area. The Sales Representative will cultivate relationships with dispensaries, manage client accounts, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, facilitating orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to achieve company goals is also a key part of this role.

• Sales proficiency, including lead generation, account management, and relationship building
• Minimum of 2 years of cannabis sales experience required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the cannabis industry, including relevant products and regulations, is a plus
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively
• Problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic market environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience

$58,000 base salary + monthly & quarterly commission
