Senior Account Executive - Government-Education

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is searching for a Senior Field Account Executive to lead sales in its territory, build pipeline, and close deals. You will own the full sales cycle, meet customers face‑to‑face, and drive revenue growth.

• Own your territory and hit (and beat) revenue goals.
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Spend the majority of time in the field—meeting customers at their locations, running discovery, and closing deals.
• Deliver solution‑focused presentations across the technology portfolio.
• Run the full‑cycle sales process: discover → propose → negotiate → close.
• Grow key accounts with upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Keep your pipeline tight with accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑6 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory for in‑person meetings and field‑based selling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel.
