Outside Sales Representative

We're looking for a proven industrial sales hunter with established relationships in manufacturing and heavy industry. If you've sold industrial painting, coatings, blasting, tank maintenance, industrial cleaning, or related field services, this is an opportunity to join a respected contractor with the resources to win large projects.

• Develop new business throughout the Greater Chicago area by calling on industrial facilities and key decision-makers.
• Sell industrial painting, coatings, blasting, and maintenance services to manufacturing plants, power generation, petrochemical, wastewater, municipalities, food & beverage, and other industrial customers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through project award.
• Maintain and grow strategic customer relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with estimating and operations to deliver winning proposals.
• Consistently exceed sales and revenue goals.

• 5+ years of successful industrial service sales experience.
• Experience selling industrial painting, coatings, blasting, corrosion control, industrial cleaning, scaffolding, insulation, or other industrial maintenance services.
• Established relationships with industrial plants, engineering firms, municipalities, contractors, or facility managers.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close large industrial projects.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
