Sales Manager

Overview

Lead your team to a lucrative victory! Base pay plus overrides, bonuses after a 60-day review UNLIMITED potential. Cell phone, and gas allowance provided. Local, established restoration company is hiring a sales manager field trainer due to recent storms that have affected thousands of property owners. Assist homeowners who have property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events. Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, and properly contract jobs.

• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must be able to sell and close contracts.
• Must have truck or SUV, and be able to get on ladder and perform roof inspections.
• Past sales and/or sales management experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired.
• Must be able to recruit, train and motive a team of up to 10 salespeople to excel in all the above field.
• Must have a proven success record in past sales management/leadership background.
• Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
• Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.

Position starts as a Field Trainer, with an opportunity to be promoted to Sales Manager, after a 60-day review process.
