We are hiring experienced Solar Closers (Veterans Only) who are ready to operate with true independence and high earning potential

This is a full-cycle closing role designed for professionals who:

• Know how to run a full in-home or virtual solar presentation

• Understand financing (TPO, PPAs, loans)

• Can confidently guide homeowners from consultation to close

This is NOT an entry-level role.
We are only looking for proven closers who can produce immediately.

• Manage your own leads and pipeline

• Self-source (preferred) or leverage provided opportunities

• Track deals from consultation to install

• 2+ years solar experience (minimum 1 year closing)

• Strong understanding of TPO / solar financing structures

• Proven ability to close deals independently

• Ethical, consultative sales approach

• Self-sufficient and disciplined

• Based in Illinois

• Experience with in-home sales environments

• Strong self-generated lead ability

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)

• Uncapped earnings

• High-ticket deals = strong per-close payouts

• $150,000 – $300,000+ annually (for proven closers)
