Responsibilities
- Support and drive achievement of the North American Region aftermarket business plan
- Monitor industry trends and generate go to market strategies
- Ensure alignment amongst regional sales teams, product groups, districts, and dealers
- Develop & deploy correct regional go-to-market business plan and sales variance strategies
- Resolve issues related to aftermarket services offerings and overall commercial performance
- Provide training and mentorship for regional sales teams and Dealer Rebuilds & Repairs Aftermarket Growth Specialists
- Customer Focus experience, including field facing experience
- Problem Solving experience
- Strategic Thinking experience
- Effective Communication skills
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
- Caterpillar Inc, Cat Dealer or Industry Experience
- Progressively responsible job-related experience in the areas of Prime Product Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Technical Support, and/or Strategic Project Management
