What You'll Do- Drive Chronic and IVIG referral growth throughout the Chicago territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including neurologists, immunologists, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, dermatologists, hematologists, specialty clinics, and payors.
- Build long-term referral pipelines focused on chronic disease therapies and specialty infusion services.
- Partner closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients and referral sources.
- Achieve territory goals related to revenue growth, profitability, market share, and new business development.
- Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and educational presentations.
- Support managed care initiatives and collaborate on pricing‑related activities.
- Develop expertise in disease states, specialty therapies, reimbursement processes, and payer policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including call reports, expense reports, and other required reporting.
- Must have 2+ years of promoting home infusion services to specialty providers (GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics).
- Home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy experience.
- Chronic disease therapy experience.
- IVIG and/or SCIG experience.
- Provider‑facing specialty sales experience.
- Knowledge of reimbursement processes, payer policies, or managed care.
- Proven business development experience within healthcare.
- Experience selling healthcare services rather than products alone.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with physicians, specialty clinics, and payors.
- Ability to independently manage and grow a territory.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
