Responsibilities- Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360‑degree inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify and solve pest problems.
- Act as a problem solver by utilizing in‑depth training to recommend the best pest solution for each customer’s needs.
- Prospect new business and manage assigned leads with support from a robust advertising budget.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers to explain Orkin’s products and services.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home, providing clear explanations and setting expectations.
- Create and maintain sales agreements using the company‑provided iPad.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license or certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact positively with customers.
- Position located in Newnan, Georgia.
- Safe use of ladders within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access to crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
