Client Engagement Strategist

Expected pay for this position is $43.15 - $50.77/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Engagement Strategist at Pointcore, Inc. drives demand generation and revenue growth through proactive, multi-channel outreach and sales enablement initiatives. Serving as a connector between client needs and internal capabilities, this role engages prospective and existing clients with value-focused conversations, needs assessments, and tailored solution positioning. Collaborating closely with marketing and client development teams, the Strategist leverages data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and contributing to business case creation. This role is eligible for a variable compensation plan tied to sales-related outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of progressive experience in client-facing roles, including managing clients and projects, solution positioning, proposal support, or revenue-related initiatives in healthcare or a related industry
Other Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry, including key trends, regulatory requirements, and challenges faced by large healthcare organizations.
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence.
- Can clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or healthcare-related field or licensure in health-related field
- Sales experience in the healthcare sector with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
