Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in the Peoria Metropolitan Area. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and guide prospective customers through the rental and purchase options for dust suppression and crowd cooling equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, coordinating with operations and support teams, and ensuring timely communication with customers.
The role also involves tracking customer interactions in a CRM system, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to customer education about product features, warranty coverage, and compliance benefits. The successful candidate will focus on building long-term relationships and driving revenue while upholding Boss Tek’s commitment to service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including managing a sales pipeline, conducting outbound calls, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to respond promptly, resolve issues, and build trust with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, such as identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and following up on marketing-driven leads.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including maintaining ongoing relationships, monitoring customer needs, and encouraging repeat business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical equipment and value propositions clearly.
- Comfort using CRM and sales tools to document activities, manage data, and report on results.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment, construction, environmental solutions, or a related field is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
