Internet Director

Mazda Peoria is looking for an experienced, energetic and skilled individual to lead our Internet Sales Department.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND BE PROFICIENT WITH DEALER SOCKET CRM.

Responsibilities

Maximize the internet department's profitability
Drive consistent utilization of existing technologies
Set benchmarks, manage and maintain budgets
Dynamic internet lead response and follow-up
Expert negotiation, closing and marketing skills
Enhance performance metrics and CRM
Mentor and train team members to achieve optimal performance
Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3-5 years in automotive management
Proven track record as an internet sales producer
Exemplary communication and listening skills
Determination and drive to maintain impeccable relationships
Self-initiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience
Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
