Territory Business Manager, Dermatology - Naperville, IL

Candidate should be located in the NAPERVILLE, IL (Aurora, Hinsdale or Joliet, IL).

The Territory Business Manager (Dermatology - Naperville, IL) reports to the District Business Manager and drives product awareness/utilization, developing relationships and partnering with physicians to achieve/exceed sales initiatives within a defined territory.

• Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales/customer networks
• Build disease and dermatology product knowledge; compliantly promote products to healthcare professionals
• Engage physicians/targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinical information and exceed product goals while following all legal/compliance regulations
• Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities
• Use direct selling and market strategies to expand product demand
• Apply critical thinking/strategic mindset to navigate a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access
• Coordinate with field personnel to address customer needs
• Use patient-focused clinical dialogue; deliver outstanding service via total account management
• Maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations
• Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly

• 2+ years quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharma)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record
• Sustained high performance and aptitude for learning
• Strong customer service urgency
• Travel as required by territory (25%)
