** National Account Coordinator
** in the Rental & Used division at Caterpillar, you will coordinate and supports sales activities for Rental National Accounts Team while managing a book of business. This position is designed to build the skills and experience needed for future success as a Rental Account Manager.

** What You Will Do (Job Duties):**   

+ Following organizational policies and procedures and maintaining clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet customer requirements.

+ Consult with dealers and internal business partners on the subject of sales and service support of product to rental "corporate account" customers.

+ Enhancing processes for customer touch points including equipment sourcing, sales calls, team support, contract management, marketing support, and any additional information needed to support customer growth.

+ Working directly with customers to collect information, sell additional products and services to current/new customers, and ensure customers' needs are met.

Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
