Role Description

The Sales & Growth Operations Coordinator (Sports & Events) is a full-time, on-site role based in Peoria, IL. This position supports sales growth by managing inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating orders for sports venues, event organizers, and commercial clients. The coordinator maintains accurate sales data, updates customer records, and tracks pipeline activity to support decision-making and forecasting. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, responding to customer questions, providing product information, and ensuring timely follow-up and order fulfillment.

The role also assists with outreach campaigns, event-related promotions, and process improvements to enhance overall sales operations efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build relationships with sports, event, and commercial clients.
  • Clear, professional communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Sales and sales operations skills to manage leads, quotes, orders, and basic reporting.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, deadlines, and projects.
  • Comfort with CRM or sales tracking tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Peoria, IL and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in sports, events, hospitality, or retail environments is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
