A leading industrial equipment company is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Director to lead and develop its sales team while providing senior-level technical support to customers.

• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team
• Support complex customer applications, proposals, and technical solutions
• Provide expertise in overhead cranes, hoists, runway systems, controls, inspections, repairs, and modernization
• Participate in select customer meetings, site evaluations, and sales ride-alongs
• Develop key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Partner with engineering, service, parts, and operations to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance

• 7+ years of experience of technical sales, sales leadership in crane/hoist, industrial equipment, or related industry
• Previous sales team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists, material handling equipment, and related systems
• Understanding of crane inspections, repairs, modernization, and applicable OSHA/ANSI/CMAA standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
• Engineering, estimating, service, or project management experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
• Competitive base salary up to $150K
