Security Officer - Part Time Lobby

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor check-in and access procedures, and communicate with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed issues according to site protocols;
Answer phones, provide directions, maintain detailed logs and reports, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and policy enforcement;
Support day-to-day lobby and entry point operations by observing activity, verifying credentials when required, and escalating unusual behavior or concerns to the appropriate contacts
