Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, parking areas, receiving zones, entrances, exits, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or hazards according to site guidelines;
Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident response, and completing required reports related to security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed
