  • Safely operate hand tools and power tools used in daily carpentry tasks
  • Participate in concrete formwork and preparation for pours as required
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care and storage of tools and materials
Qualifications
  • Level 1 Carpenter Apprentice or a minimum 7–12 months of carpentry experience
  • Required certifications: PPE, working at heights, fall arrest
  • Tool belt and basic hand tools
  • Willingness to learn, follow direction, and grow under the guidance of experienced tradespeople
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, blueprints, and schematics
  • Experience using common hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to advance within the carpentry trade
Why Join Us?
  • Hands-on training and mentorship tailored to your apprenticeship level
  • Steady, full-time work in both the Westman region and remote northern locations
  • Opportunities to progress toward Journeyperson Certification
  • Supportive team culture focused on safety, skill development, and craftsmanship
  • Exposure to a wide variety of carpentry work, including new builds, renovations, and structural repairs
