Beverage Service Technician

• We will train you to become a Beverage Service Technician.
• We will educate you on the ever evolving beverage industry.
• We will provide the vehicle, phone and tablet.

• Ensure your customers receive industry defining technical and customer service.
• Exceed expectations by listening to and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Complete all assigned work and associated paperwork.
• Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Professionally communicate both verbally and in writing with customers as needed.
• Present yourself in a professional manner. Well groomed and neat appearance.
• Responsibly care for company assets (vehicles, equipment & parts).
• Maintain a good safety record.
• Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
• Travel as needed to respond to and support customer and business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.

• Must be insurable with a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently each workday.
• Good working knowledge of tablet, cell phone, etc.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Prior technical/mechanical work experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to adhere to the Technician scorecard metrics.
