Skilled Carpenter – Peoria, IL
Skilled Carpenter needed in Peoria, IL, US. Must excel in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in plumbing and electrical work preferred. Excellent communication and professional appearance are required. Regular interaction with tenants and real estate agents is necessary.
Responsibilities- Provide detailed progress reports to the project manager and/or owner, updating them on project status and anticipated completion dates
- Manage and organize tools and supplies efficiently to support project tasks
- Ensure the vehicle and job site are clean at the end of each workday
- Adapt to a variety of tasks throughout the day, demonstrating flexibility
- Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills and techniques
- Valid driver's license, specifically in Illinois
- Minimum of two years of remodeling/construction experience (training may be provided to the right candidate)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
$25 hourly
