We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to serve our property at Greenwood Estates, Peoria, IL.
ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician will respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Valid driver's license
- Basic tools required, including personal smartphone technology
- HVAC certified
- Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
$21-23 per hour, final compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
