Locations:
Hiring for multiple locations anywhere in Central IL serving areas such as Peoria, Bloomington, Decatur, Champaign-Urbana, Springfield and nearby communities.

Job Type: Full-Time

• Install bathroom projects according to company standards and client specifications.
• Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Proven experience in construction or installation roles – carpentry skills are essential. Most plumbing is performed by another team member.
• Some experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic flooring, basic drywall is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret some product instructions and plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – strongly prefer a truck to transport job materials.
• Primary carpentry tools usage expected.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with short projects and adhering to time schedules.
