Your base pay is $20 — $25/hour based on experience — guaranteed every week. On top of that, you earn volume‑based bonuses tied to weekly production. Technicians who produce consistently and deliver quality work reach $30 — $35/hour in total compensation. Five‑star customer reviews boost your weekly bonus, and there are additional quarterly bonuses for sustained performance.

• Restore tile, grout, and stone surfaces in residential and commercial properties
• Perform color sealing, caulking, and minor repairs

• Tile, flooring, or stone work
• Handyman, construction, or maintenance

• Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet all day
