Experienced HVAC​/Refrigeration Service Technician in Peoria

Job Description

We are a Family‑Owned and Operated HVAC and Kitchen Equipment Company that is looking for hard‑working and dedicated technicians with at least 3+ years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration. We offer basic training in systems, equipment and technical training with factories. • Start our days early in the morning; punctuality is key.
• Communicate with customers on every job and provide a detailed description of the work completed before leaving the site.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair equipment, including calling manufacturers for technical support.
• Show pride and integrity in your work; you are a representative of the company.
• Follow training practices to the fullest.
• Work in the heat for long periods of time.
• Work Monday–Friday.

• 3–5 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• EPA license (not required).
• Ability to handle heavy lifting between 50–150 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and be part of an on‑call rotation once a month for emergencies and weekends.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of technology use.
• Spanish speaking (not required).
• Willingness to learn.
• Acceptance of responsibility and accountability.
• Punctual, reliable, and self‑motivated.
• Pass a background check upon hire.
