Landscape Foreman

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Foreman to lead small crews in residential and commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, experienced, and able to manage day‑to‑day operations with professionalism and efficiency.

• Lead and supervise landscaping and hardscaping crews on job sites
• Perform and oversee tasks such as planting, mulching, grading, sod installation, paver installation, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Manage job‑site workflow, materials, and timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• 6+ years of experience in landscaping and hardscaping
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• U.S. citizen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability for part‑time scheduling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Experience with skid steers, mini‑excavators, or other heavy equipment
• Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Ability to read landscape plans or blueprints
