Where is the work:
Field-based:
Work is conducted on‑site at customer locations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by servicing products, equipment, and systems at customers’ locations to include identifying, examining, diagnosing, and planning for equipment repair.
- Work with supervising field technician, project manager, and customers to precisely understand requirements for all on‑site installations by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on‑site work.
- Use cutting‑edge software, a variety of hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
- Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company‑issued and procured assets.
- No industry experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age when you start on day 1.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
Annual Base Salary Range: $21.55 - $40.66 per hour. Compensation varies with seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
