Friday – Monday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour.
• Additional compensation: $6.00 per activity completed.

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first line of response on‑site at customers’ locations.
• Problem‑solve at a basic module level (FRU) and determine escalation when necessary.
• Apply knowledge from on‑the‑job training to resolve straightforward task‑related problems.
• Provide consistent and clear communication using the service app to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on the training website.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and information from the service app using a company‑provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately and promptly report updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with an Android cell phone (company‑provided).
• Ability to travel up to several hours per day, including inclement weather.
• Physical ability to carry, lift, bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage:
  Bodily Injury Liability $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident;
  Property Damage Liability $100,000 per accident.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts.
• High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
• Good problem‑solving skills, quick learning, and ability to work well under pressure.

• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred.
