- At least 1 year of verifiable experience in refrigeration maintenance, or a verifiable equivalent within a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and related HVAC components
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to refrigeration repair
- Proven mechanic experience with a focus on trailers, refrigeration systems, or heavy-duty vehicles.
- Knowledge of brake repair, suspension systems, and tire replacement/repair.
- Skilled in reading schematics and electrical diagrams; capable of troubleshooting electrical systems.
- At least 2 years of verifiable diesel mechanic experience
- Demonstrated essential diagnostic ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, then make the necessary repairs
- A valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL
A) is preferred - Position requires candidates to provide a standard set of basic tools for maintenance/repair tasks
