• Perform professional service work for residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing, drain, and related service issues.
• Operate service equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

• Required:
  Previous professional service, plumbing, drain cleaning, or related field experience.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving service issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and handle residential and commercial service calls.
