Window Installer

Renuity is seeking experienced 1099 Window Installers to complete high-quality residential window replacement projects. As an independent subcontractor, you'll remove and install windows, ensure proper fit, insulation, and sealing, and deliver a clean, professional finish. You'll represent Renuity in customers' homes, communicate clearly with homeowners, follow safety and building standards, and coordinate with our local operations teams. Ideal candidates have strong carpentry skills, reliable transportation, tools, insurance, and a commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows in residential homes to manufacturer and company specifications
• Remove old windows, prepare openings, and ensure proper measurements and fit
• Seal, insulate, and finish installations to be weather-tight and energy efficient
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in customers' homes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address basic questions or concerns
• Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and Renuity quality standards
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and job details with local Renuity operations teams
• Document work performed, including photos and basic digital or paper records
• Transport and protect materials and tools to and from job sites
• Operate as an independent 1099 subcontractor, managing tools, vehicle, and insurance
