We provide developmentally based therapy services to children and families across Chicagoland through Early Intervention and private therapy. Our team includes pediatric therapists who are passionate about empowering families through hands‑on learning and collaborative care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide in‑home and/or clinic‑based therapy sessions
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with families, care teams, and fellow therapists
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Participate in a supportive, team‑based culture
Responsibilities
  • Make observations and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments.
  • Conduct home visits for patients and their caretakers as needed.
  • Communicate with doctors and other professionals about patients' needs and progress.
  • Plan treatment goals with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with health care providers and team members
  • Complete daily documentation and reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist in early intervention credentialing.
  • Opportunities to become a fieldwork educator and supervisor.
  • Access resources at Dreaming Tree Learning Center (DTLC). DTLC is open to DTT therapists to host sessions and borrow materials and/or equipment.
  • Fee‑for‑service structure—Dreaming Tree Therapies offers the support of a W‑2 position with the flexibility and independence of contracting as a 1099 provider. For those not versed in tax‑code intricacies, we can help establish you as an independent contractor.
Qualifications

Licensed OT, PT, DT, or SLP (or in the process of licensure). A strong understanding of physical and mental health, empathy, flexibility, and the ability to coach others in the moment.
