## Full Stack Team LeadIL#### About The Position Browsi is looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer who's ready to take the next step in their career.

This role is ideal for someone who hasn't yet formally led a development team, but has a clear interest in leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and is motivated to grow into a team lead position. You'll combine hands-on development with increasing ownership over technical direction, people, and processes.
** Responsibilities:
*** Lead a development team through design, development, and delivery of production systems
* Take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and code quality
* Design and build scalable solutions for high-traffic, performance-critical environments
* Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Mentor engineers and continuously improve team workflows and engineering standards

* Qualifications:

*** Strong experience with
** JavaScript and Type Script**, including a
** deep understanding of browser behaviour** (DOM, event loop, performance)
* Previous mentoring or light leadership experience, or motivation to take a first Team Lead role
* Experience building modern client-side applications (Angular preferred)
* Solid backend experience with
** Node.js
** and RESTful APIs
* Hands-on experience with
** AWS
* * and cloud-based systems
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
* Strong communication skills and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset
