Role Overview
Join our Customer Innovation revolution as we partner with global brands in building software and AI‑powered services that generate true value, guided by customer usage and author‑centric simplicity. As part of the AEM Co‑Innovation Engineering (ACE) team, you’ll play a critical role in evolving the Adobe Experience Manager product.
Responsibilities- Collaborate & Innovate:
Demonstrate customer leadership, hands‑on AEM expertise, engineering savvy, and an AI‑first mentality to develop innovative core product features that solve real customer needs and demonstrate measured value. - Envision:
Leverage deep understanding of customer business use cases and value metrics to build upon the latest AEM technologies and early‑access features, discovering new opportunities to drive measurable value. - Iterate & Experiment:
Apply an AI‑first experimentation mindset to rapidly iterate on technical proof‑of‑concepts, assessing and validating business value outcomes. - Lead by Example:
Work across product‑area boundaries to bring the best of Adobe to the customer and scale expertise across the AEM community internally and externally. - Code:
Perform hands‑on enterprise software development, building the future of AEM.
- Engineering Technical Depth:
Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 15+ years of proven hands‑on experience in full‑stack software development. - AEM Expertise:
Proven experience with sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enterprise customer use cases, specifically with AEM as a Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services. - AI Focus:
Strong background in AI experimentation and solutions; actively develop and explore AI possibilities in your work. - Customer Centricity:
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences with a focus on excellence and simplicity. - Innovative Approach:
Track record of driving creative solutions to increase value realization and ability to spot industry trends and incorporate external innovations into Adobe’s products. - Executive Presence:
Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences and influence executive partners to drive strategy and alignment.
U.S. pay range: $159,200 – $301,600 annually (varies by location and experience).
