Analyst/Developer
The main function of an analyst/developer is to develop and design web applications and web sites. A typical analyst/developer is responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement and maintenance. Basic design, build or maintenance of web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media. Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems.
Design learning assets across different modalities (eLearning, job aids, videos) collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders. Work with GDL (Global Dealer Learning) on course review and publishing into DPC. Managed and posted content in Cat Dealer page.
Responsibilities include supporting one of the industry's strongest dealer networks, partnering with subject matter experts and business leaders to create learning solutions that improve customer outcomes and business performance. The work directly contributes to Clients' commitment to customer success, dealer excellence, and continuous innovation. Use 360 articulate/RISE platform to develop Cat Dealer personnel learning modules on rental and used topics. Validate & get direction or feedback on learning content with Rental SMEs.
Work with DPC (Dealer Performance Center) to ensure content adheres to their guidelines.
