2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks. Volvos are the safest trucks on the road. They run 68 cruise and pedal. These trucks are optimized with ergonomically designed seats and perfect steering, 70‑L/96‑W sleepers, larger‑than‑average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team is experienced; most have held over the pedal of a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. We run freight mainly in the middle corridor of the United States and never force dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or New York City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name. Some have been around so long they have a nickname. Our operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles. That’s up to 5%–7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over 100k last year.
