CDL A Drivers Earn $2190/WK & Home Weekly with Rider and Pets Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are eligible for a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

These deliveries are 100% touch; freight is preloaded, and trailers are hook-and-go. Drivers earn an average of $2190 per week with deliveries running the Midwest and Southeast. Benefits start after 60 days, and drivers can receive a rider and a pet after 3‑5 days of training.

• Drivers pick up loads at DC in IA, trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
• Drivers receive a daily salary of $215 and an additional $300 for every trailer unloaded. They average 900–1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Drivers make between 2–4 stops per trailer, unloading boxes that weigh 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt. Store personnel handle inventory and merchandising.
• Drivers may take a 34‑hour reset at home, but may still be on a load when it occurs. At the start of the week, drivers finish deliveries and head back to DC for the next load.
• The company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals. Drivers receive $85 per day for orientation.
• Training on the account lasts 3–5 days and is paid at $215 per day. After training, drivers may have a rider and a pet.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• Must live in one of the following states or areas: AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS.
• Within 200 miles of Memphis, TN.
• Within 200 miles of Marquette, MI.
• Within 200 miles east or north of Shreveport, LA.
• Within 200 miles west or north of Jackson, MS.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional, or OTR.
• CDL must be issued in the state of current residence.
• May not have more than three job changes in the last year and no more than six job changes in the last three years.
• May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except: no major traffic violations, no preventable rear‑end incidents, no rollovers, and no termination from most recent job.
• May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points, reckless driving, following too closely, texting or using a handheld device. These violations only apply to personal vehicles; commercial vehicle violations disqualify the applicant.
