CDL-A Drivers with X Endorsement $85K-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time) Types of Jobs:
Dedicated Account

• Run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, with great home time and benefits.
• Run dedicated regional or local accounts; must be willing to operate in all 48 states and cannot opt out of any region.
• When it is time to go home for an 7‑day break, the company will pay the flight home and back. While you are home you will not be operating the truck. If you are within 200 miles of home, you may drive home.
• Drivers may stay home between 1‑7 days and out longer than 21 days, with a maximum of 7 days home per stay unless using allotted vacation.
• Drivers must fly between assignments if they are not within 200 miles of home; if you are not willing to fly we cannot bring you on.

• First‑year pay ranges from $85‑106K. Drivers start at $300.30/day with a $3/day increase every six months, capped at $324/day.
• For new hires training in cryogenics, drivers earn $125/day during training and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end.
• Drivers can earn an additional $100/day when willing to train new hires in cryogenics.

• Full benefits begin after 60 days, among the best in the industry.
• One week vacation in the first 52 weeks.
• Medical and 401(k) with matching.

• Must have at least one‑year OTR or regional driving experience in the last three years.
• Must have the X (tanker or hazmat) endorsement at application.
• Relatively clean MVR; no more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last 5 years.
• No felony convictions; any felonies disqualify you.
• Must have passed a DOT drug test; failure or refusal disqualifies regardless of SAP completion.
