Driver​/Crew Leader​/Laborer

This position is located at a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise in Peoria, Illinois, operated by KEVCOR Services Inc.

• Deliver excellent customer service while moving, packing and unpacking belongings
• Greet customers, make a positive first impression, and complete a walk‑through of premises
• Communicate professionally in English, verbally and in writing
• As a driver, safely maneuver a 26’ box truck
• Assist with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
• General labor, landscaping, construction, operations, fleet or warehouse experience helpful

• High school diploma or equivalent; general labor experience helpful
• Valid Class A, B, C, or CDL driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be willing to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• Driver candidates must be 21 years or older for insurance purposes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Experience as a mover, driver, laborer or warehouse worker helpful
• Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
• Good hand‑eye coordination
