Job DetailsCompensation: Hourly base pay range of $18 per hour plus $5–$10 per hour in tips.
Work Schedule: The schedule can include AM/PM shift times.

SummaryThe Shuttle Driver transports guests to and from the hotel, hospital, casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner while ensuring safe driving practices. The driver assists guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup of guest luggage during arrival and departure, and maintains vehicle activity and maintenance logs.
Essential Functions- Shuttle guests to approved destinations, learning and remembering pickup and destination points, and knowing all property outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, attractions, parking rates, etc. (40%)
- Communicate by telephone, two‑way radio and in person in a courteous, friendly and professional manner with all guests, location staff and co‑workers; greet guests within 30 seconds and use their last name and appropriate salutations. (20%)
- Operate a vehicle that seats eight people or less, including driver. Inspect exterior and interior before each shift, monitor condition, record malfunctions or damage, and submit to manager. (20%)
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements, maintain security of client financial and identifying information, and assist guests with entering and exiting the vehicle while cleaning wheelchairs after each use. (20%)
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Licensure, Certification, etc.:
- Pass criminal background, MVR, drug screen and other client requirements.
- At least 21 years of age due to vehicle leasing contract requirements.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license at all times; pass annual or semiannual MVR checks.
- Complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park, as applicable.
Work Experience: One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge: Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Skills:
- Read and write standard English.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
- Add and subtract three‑digit numbers and multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; perform operations using units of American money.
- Understand 24‑hour and military time systems.
- Understand rates applicable to time passed.
The majority of work is performed outdoors for extended periods, including in extreme heat and cold weather. Tasks involve standing, walking, running, reaching, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Lifting up to 100pounds occasionally, up to 50pounds frequently, and up to 20pounds constantly.
