Marine Fleet Deckhands - 7/7 Up to $248/Day - Sauget, IL

Ingram Marine Group is seeking Fleet Deckhands for their Sauget and East Carondelet operations. These roles involve working on America’s inland waterways, supporting fleeting operations, and maintaining vessel safety and cleanliness. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in physically demanding environments, both entry level and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.

• Competitive daily wage: $242 - $258 per day
• 7/7 schedule (12-hour shifts for 7 days on, 7 days off)
• Opportunity for both entry level and experienced candidates

• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
• Ability to work away from home for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 110 pounds for up to 1000 feet
• Ability to work in confined spaces and climb ladders
• Ability to read and write English (USCG regulatory requirement)
• Pass background check, drug screen, and physical
