Stone Wheel Inc. (a division of Parts Authority) is located in Willowbrook, IL and is seeking Delivery Drivers to join our team. Company vehicle is provided. The Delivery Driver is the primary point of contact with customers and plays a pivotal role in ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, transport, and deliver items in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow directions from dispatcher, use route navigation apps, and alter routes if necessary.
• Assist with loading and unloading at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Accept payments, prepare reports, and reconcile cash or other asset transactions.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on the company vehicle and notify manager of issues.
• Assist with store/warehouse duties such as stocking and parts pulling as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.

• Current, valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 years old or older to meet insurance requirements.
• Current valid automobile insurance with name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (75 pounds for auto body parts collision drivers).
• Ability to manage, track, and reconcile money transactions.
• Ability to use a tablet or mobile device for navigation, routing, and customer interface.
• Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
