We are a premium white glove trucking company looking for a dedicated Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our team in Peoria. In this role, you are not just a driver—you are the face of our company. You will operate a 23-foot box truck equipped with a tail lift, working alongside a dedicated Driver’s Mate (laborer) to deliver and install high-end furniture directly into customers' homes across Illinois.

• Safe Driving:
  Navigate a 23-foot box truck to multiple drop-off locations throughout Illinois.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate a vehicle tail lift to unload luxury goods.
• White Glove Service:
  Deliver, unpack, and carefully assemble high-end furniture inside residential properties.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work seamlessly with your assigned Driver’s Mate to handle heavy lifting and ensure efficient operations.
• Customer Care:
  Provide polite, professional service that matches the premium quality of the goods you deliver.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience (box truck experience preferred).
• Skills:
  
  Proven experience operating a truck tail lift safely.
• Licence:
  Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet customer needs, including weekend deliveries.
• Physical Fitness:
  Ability to handle heavy lifting, moving, and assembling furniture alongside your partner.
• Bonus:
  Previous experience in premium white glove delivery services is highly valued!
