Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

If so, you might be the Lead Custodial & Warehouse Associate we're looking for!
In this role, you'll be leading other Custodial/Warehouse Associates while ensuring our store's showroom and warehouse operations run smoothly.
You'll be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment, managing product flow, and conducting performance evaluations, all while contributing to the day-to-day tasks.
This position requires a balance of leadership, hands-on work (including cleaning restrooms), and administrative responsibilities.
Here's What You'll Do:
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee and direct the work of your team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the entire store, including restrooms, is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage Warehouse Operations: Unpack, assemble, and prepare products for display or delivery. Handle deliveries from our main warehouse and maintain inventory organization.
- Showroom Excellence: Ensure the showroom is consistently organized and visually appealing for customers.
- Communication and
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Utilize Outlook for communication and task management. - Computer
Skills:
Use computer systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and other administrative tasks. - Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address issues related to cleanliness, organization, and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable with all aspects of cleaning.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
