Dispatch & Office Associate (Trucking/Warehouse)

We are a locally owned warehousing and trucking company with a strong focus on service and reliability. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Associate to support our trucking division and warehouse office. This role helps coordinate our local 5-tonne trucks and responds to customer inquiries to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Assist with daily dispatch operations for our local 5-tonne trucks
• Communicate with drivers to support timely pickups and deliveries
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries professionally and promptly
• Enter, update, and maintain information in internal systems
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to support smooth day-to-day operations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Confident with email, spreadsheets, and general office tools
• Dispatching/transportation coordination experience is an asset (not required)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
