City Year seeks Ameri Corps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support to students in partnership with teachers
• Tutor students in small groups or one-on-one in core subjects
• Foster positive relationships and serve as a mentor to students
• Track and report student progress and attendance data
• Support after-school programs and enrichment activities
• Collaborate with school staff and Ameri
• Corps team members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
