** We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic team at Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in
** Pepperell, MA**.
* Collegial practice with solid APP support
* W2, employed position with Foundation Medical Partners
* *** Not-for-Profit, 501(c) Organization
**** 32-36 Patient Hours / plus admin hours per week
* *** Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in nursing
* * 2+ years of Family Medicine experience
** Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
