Pennridge Seeks A Music Teacher To Implement The Elementary Music And Instructional Curriculum As Well As Perform All The Duties Of An Elementary Instrumental Band Teacher
Principal Function:
The Elementary Music Teacher Is Responsible For Teaching Music Education To Students. Individuals In This Role Help Pupils Grow In Their Enjoyment, Appreciation, And Performance Of Music Through A Variety Of Planned Music Experiences, Including:
Singing, Moving To Music, Listening, And Playing Of Instruments.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Skills And Abilities
Of Children For Effective Teaching And Learning Each Marking Period As Well As On An Annual Basis.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree From An Accredited College Or University
- Valid Pennsylvania Certification In Music Education
- Elementary Education/Content Area Certification Is Preferred

The Incumbent Should Be Able To Exert Up To 50 Lbs Of Force Occasionally, And/Or Up To 20 Lbs Of Force Frequently, And/Or Up To 10 Lbs Of Force Constantly To Move Objects.
Heavy Work:
The Incumbent Should Be Able To Exert Up To 75 Lbs Of Force Occasionally, And/Or Up To 50 Lbs Of Force Frequently, And/Or Up To 20 Lbs Of Force Constantly To Move Objects.
Very Heavy Work:
The Incumbent Should Be Able To Exert In Excess Of 100 Lbs Of Force Occasionally, And In Excess Of 50 Lbs Of Force Frequently, And In Excess Of 20 Lbs Of Force Constantly To Move Objects.
